Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) Testing

These events are open to all members of the Middlesex Province who have been given reminders to have repeat tests as well as anyone who have not had a test before.

Venue 1 Twickenham Masonic Centre
Date Friday, 5th July 2024
Time Between 9am and 1pm
Venue 2 Harrow Masonic Centre
Date Saturday, 13th July 2024
Time Between 9am and 1pm

Booking procedure

  1. Make sure that you have your NHS Number ready
  2. Visit chaps.uk.com/events
  3. Use “please see your emails for the password” as password for the Twickenham event or
  4. “please see your emails for the password” as password for the Harrow event
  5. Select a time slot for your appointment
  6. Print out and bring your appointment confirmation with you
