2019 Winners of 1702 Challenge Shield
Organised by Middlesex Shooting Sports Lodge, No. 1702, the annual competition is a 100 Bird sporting shoot over 14 stands.
Guests, who are personal friends or family members of masons, are welcome to take part with trophies for High Gun and runner up prizes for Masons, guests and ladies up for grabs.
The event signals the welcome return of masonic sporting events, which have a long tradition of cementing social bonds across the Province.
This years event will also be incorporating the Tercentenary re-match for the Provinces of: Berks, Bucks, Middx & Oxon.

RCG5 Tercentenary Shooting Cup
The first international Masonic shoot overshadowed the planned re-match and COVID raised its head in later times.
The other three Provinces are now being invited to have the opportunity of claiming the trophy.
The Saturday 21st August event starts with registration at 9am and finishes with lunch at 1pm, with a £60 entry fee covering both breakfast and lunch.
More details and entry forms can be obtained from Donald Campbell by emailing MSSL1702@suedon.co.uk or calling on 07831 265965.
The deadline for entries is Friday 13th August.
Can’t make this date ?
The MMSA Clay section has monthly shoots at the A1 Shooting Ground and competitions at both National and Provincial level. See the MMSA Clay pages on the provincial website for details.
